It's a well proven fact that people are more productive when they are happy. As a manager you spend a considerable amount of time thinking of ways to motivate and reward your people. Chances are you do this by giving out bottles of wine, shopping vouchers, electrical goods and so on. After a while people get bored of the same rewards and then you need to spend time being creative to engage them.
You also need to make sure you keep track of who's received what for tax and auditing purposes, keep enough stock of the various rewards and claim the purchases back on your expenses.. What a kerfuffle!Luckily there is now a better way!We have specialised in Employee Engagement and Performance Improvement for decades. This has facilitated millions of pounds worth of reward for companies with up to tens of thousands of employees.
Trust us to know the science behind what makes people tick! Traditionally delivering to bluechip companies, we have now also developed a service that works for any sized team or company. We use the same methods and technology but without the big price tag..
It's FREE!We are very proud of our new service! We call it The Carrot Exchange and it's available now to UK-based businesses of any size. You can let your people tailor their rewards from thousands of experiences and e-vouchers.Setup and access is free, you only pay for the rewards you give out.
